Entrepreneur Kathryn Tucker believes successful businesses are built on more than great ideas. They are built through strong leadership, operational excellence, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.

Tucker is the founder and co-owner of Toledo Share Wine, downtown Toledo’s first wine manufacturing facility since Prohibition, where she and her husband, Angel, have created a unique speakeasy-inspired tasting experience celebrating the city’s history and culture. But her passion extends far beyond wine.

Drawing on a career that spans banking, nonprofit leadership, executive roles in corporate America, and a law degree, Tucker recently launched The Fractional Firm, a company that provides experienced executive leadership to organizations on a part-time basis.

Unlike traditional consultants who develop a strategy and leave, Tucker’s team works alongside clients to implement solutions. “We’re going to strategize together, then roll up our sleeves and help execute the plan,” she says.
